I thought I would update ya'll a little on what is happening these days.  Ellyce is into everything and she will also tell on herself which is very helpful sometimes!  She love, loves trying on my high heels and walking around in them.  I have yet to get a photo, but I will!

 This little dude is not a fan of his belly time.  I put him on his belly maybe twice a day.  He absolutely hates it most of the time.

 She is becoming a really good little helper when it comes to her "little buddy."  I ask her to talk to him or sing to him and she does and it is so very sweet.  I love when she is like "it's okay little buddy."  It melts my heart.  :)

 He is starting to grab anything you put in front of his face.  It's funny when you put a burp cloth or something cause he rubs his face in it.  He desperately wants to roll over.  It's only a matter of days before he can get himself all the way over.

 My handsome little devil.  He is getting really good at sticking his fingers and whatever else he can find in his mouth.  We are in trouble when E starts giving him stuff to stick in his mouth!

 Being sweet.  She really wanted to climb on this statue at church but I only let her get on the ledge.  I'm such a good Mommy :)

My beautiful little girl.  She is growing up so fast.  I am amazed everyday how she knows so many words and can grasp so many different things.  She has memorized our route to her MDO.  I turned a different way the other day and she told me I was going the wrong way and that I was supposed to turn there.  ?!  How in the world?!

We are going home finally next week!!!  I cannot wait to see all my family and celebrate Emily's new arrival at her baby shower.  Knoxville here we come.  You better get ready!!

Asher 4 months old!

Asher had his well baby check up yesterday or Monday, whatever today is!  LOL

He weighs 17lbs 13oz
He is 26.5 inches long
His head is 43cm

He is 4 months old.

Ellyce didn't weigh 18lbs until she was 8 months old.  And she was 25 inches long at 8 months.  Jeez!!!

Can I say basketball player?!

He is loving his fingers.  He will play with any toy that is hanging above him that is in his reach and he loves to talk to them too.  I love waking up to him cooing and awwing to himself in the morning.  He is sleeping from about 10pm to 5:30am or so.  He does 8oz every 4 hours or so.  He is a big boy but the Dr. said he was very proportionate.  He is in the 93rd percentile for height and the 94th percentile for weight!!

We are probably going to start feeding him solids soon since he doesn't really need the calories from the milk as much and I think he is ready.  I saw the kid eyeballin me and drooling when I was eating yogurt yesterday :)

He loves to stand while being held and he will do small spurts in the bumbo and the jumperoo.  I love cuddling him cause he's so squishy and lovey!!

Sneak Peek

Here are some photos I took today of my growing boy!  I decided to take his 4 month pics a smidge early since this weekend is full up!  I hope you like them.  He was in such a funny mood today.  He was giggling and cooing and even laughing a little.  I love his little pudgy hands and arms and thighs...  I love him all!

I will update ya'll on his stats after we go for his well baby check up next Monday.

 I thought I would share some photos I took today.  I NEVER get an opportunity anymore to pose and dress up the kids to get pics unless Michael is home.  I just so happened to get a moment where both kids were in the same room and they were both calm-ish.  So I snapped some quick pics!!

I am a huge fan of photography, if you didn't know!  LOL  I wish I could take pictures of my kids all day every day but who has the time for that?!  I take what I can get these days.  And that isn't much most of the time :)  I got lucky today!

My sweet angel girl.  She gets cuter everyday.  I mean it's gotta be a sin to have such a cute kid!  LOL  I am a little biased too.  I love her big brown eyes most of all.  They are her Mommy's eyes!!

My sweet boy was happy for about 5 minutes and then he lost it cause his sister was jumping all around him and he wasn't having any of that!  Enjoy the peace of this photo.... ahhhhhhhhh.

My Easter bunnies

 

So here it is.  Asher's super cute laugh.  I am so glad I caught this on video.  We were all outside playing and Asher thought Jack was the funniest thing ever.  Ellyce used to laugh at him when she was a baby too.  Enjoy!

 

Well it's a little crazy around here with these kiddos.  I'm trying to keep it together most days and make sure we have clean clothes and bottles!  Ellyce is finally paci free!  She was so great at leaving it behind.  I thought for sure it was going to be horribly hard but it was so not hard at all!  Thanks Ellyce!!  She did tell me when her paci had a huge hold in it that the doctor would fix it for her :)

I have been trying to keep my camera out in the open so I can take more pictures since I get a lecture every time I talk to the Mom's!

I love this picture of my baby boy.  He is 3 months old and he is sleeping through the night!  Yay!  I didn't even try anything different.  It was kind of funny because the night before he slept all night I was asking Michael if he thought I should try and wean him off his late night feeding :)  I jinxed him in a good way apparently!

 Ellyce getting her Easter basket.  She loved all the Dora stuff my Mom got her!  She also got clothes and a super cute bathing suit which she cared nothing about.

 Ellyce and I were playing with my camera on my iphone and this is the face she made! 

So Friday she tried to bite through her tongue!  She fell at her Auntie's house and hit her chin on the floor and bit her tongue.  It bled a lot and after she stopped crying she said "I'm okay Mommy!"  LOL she is too funny!  Now she says that her tongue is all better.

 

This is a picture of the crazy rain storm we had a week ago.  It was absolutely craziness.  I had to drive like 15mph just to see 10 feet in front of the car.  Of course I would never willingly go out in something that bad but I had to go pick up E from MDO so I had to get out with both kids.  I was a little worried about hail but luckily we made it home before the worst hit us!!

 

Here is Asher in his Easter outfit.  Michael, Ellyce and Asher wore seersucker and they were so cute and handsome.  I unfortunately didn't get a single picture of all 3 of them together.  Don't worry though we will be taking some family pics when we go to Tennessee next month and everyone will wear their seersucker again!!  We tried out a new church and loved it.  Ellyce got to do her first egg hunt and she loved that too!

 Ellyce and her Auntie Megan hanging out while she was visiting us last week with my Mom.  We had a great time and I actually got to sleep longer than 4 hours at a time!

Snuggle time on the couch with Daddy is probably one of their favorite past times!

Here he is!  My boy is 3 months old.  Wow time has flown by.  I guess it's having 2 kiddos that makes it fly by?!  I will tell you that he is one funny baby.  It seems like every day he develops his personality more and more.

• He weighs 16lbs ( 1 lb more than last month)
• He is in the 95th percentile for weight!
• Loves to giggle and coo.  Especially when his big sister is around!
• He responds so well to me and Michael when we talk to him.  I think he is finally recognizing our voices more regularly.
• Holds his head up real well.
• Still wearing 6 month clothes thank goodness!!
• Sweats like his Daddy :)
• sleeps average of 6 hours at night which is great!  He will go to bed around 9pm get up to eat around 4am-ish and then go back to sleep and wake up around 8am or 9am depending on how loud Ellyce is.

I will tell you that I've had some firsts this past week with him.  Asher spit up in my mouth!  Gross I know right.  Well trust me it was worse for me.  I also had spit up in my nose which sounds crazy but it happened!

Our house is a little crazy right now because we are trying to get rid of the paci for Ellyce!  Pray for us :)  I am also making flash cards to teach her colors and I think I might even make some to teacher her to count to 10 and her alphabet!  We will see how the colors go first :)

 He is a big boy officially!  He is sleeping in his crib and he's doing a pretty good job too!  He will go 5 to 6 hours stretches between 11pm and on.  He doesn't do this every night but we are trying to make it a habit :)

 Don't you just love siblings?!  They are so cute together!

 My butter ball of a son.  I'm not sure how much he weighs right now but I will find out next weekend when we weigh him for his 3 month stats!  3 months!!!

He is so giggly these days.  I absolutely can't get enough of his smiles and coos and laughs.

Mom and Megan left today.  It was sad times.  They were here visiting for a week and we had a blast.  There was lots of play time and baby snuggling time.  I got a lot done too which made me a happy Momma!  We are all healed and living life as best we know how.

If you haven't yet you should read "The Hunger Games" series.  I have them digitally and paperback if you are interested!  I went and saw the movie this past weekend and it was so great!  Team Peeta!!!
